Basic but good food and service. Cuban coffee and toast and they will build any sando you can think of.

I just wanted to say that I went to La Segunda with some friends for lunch today and had a Cuban. And I *still* like Ricky's better. Now that is saying something! The roast pork is definitely better

This place serves authentic Cuban food, for a really cheap price. It's counter service, which is really fast and easy. The Cuban sandwiches are really good and so are the deviled crabs. The place is closed on Sundays, which is kind of a bummer. Everything is made to order, and I don't think any of the items on the menu, including dinner items are more than 11.00. The cafe con leche is simply amazing!! I will be back, as this place is close to my house, and very good quality, for fast and easy food!

This spot has been under different ownership several times. The new owners have now been here for 1 year. I came in for a deviled crab which sounds and looks so great however wasn't. Fishy tasting and soggy! I purchased 2 and ended up throwing half of one and full of the other away. Very disappointed. I was so hoping to like it and then be back for a Cuban sandwich however now I won't be returning. And to think it would be so convenient for me since my daughter takes dance right next door in the same plaza.

Why is it when you order a Cuban sandwich minus the pork for the same price there is only a couple slices of ham yet the Pepo's in North Dale gives more for your buck I'm sticking with Pepo's
